Carlton Contracts Ltd based Preston, Lancashire was founded in 1986 as a specialist installer of suspended ceilings and internal partitioning systems. Throughout the next 10 years Carlton contracts traded successfully working as a specialist Sub-Contractor involved in some of the North West major construction projects.
